Remote Support is available on a per call basis. The first initial call on a service is subject to the minimum charge of one hour of service. If you don't need our services more than once in a while, we can still take care of you. If you plan on needing ongoing support, please speak to a Sales Specialist or Technician to get a customized contract.
MSP/RMM Clients - Get a full suite of enhanced protection options and the ability to have a technician instantly taking care of their computer. Through the use of advanced remote tools, a technician is always seconds away from helping you out, just as if he or she was sitting next to you and walking you through it. If an issue has you ready to throw a device out the window, our technicians can take over while you watch.
Through enhanced cloud based security, our software allows us to help you from anywhere, and protect your systems while you rest.

When there's hardware problems, sometimes the solution can be quick over the phone, and other times, it requires the personal touch. We don't believe you need to bring your computer to us. We will come to you.

Special Request Locations: Carson - Dayton - Virginia City - Fernley - Fallon - Winnemucca - Elko
Requests for a Technician outside of Reno Sparks will be charged a mileage fee ($0.066 per mile).
Note: Technicians are paid for their skills and training, not their time. If they can finish a 1 hour job in 15 minutes, they will be paid for the full hour initial hour. It is their knowledge, dedication to their craft, and experience that allows them to finish a job faster. Additional time past the full hour will be billed in 15 minute increments.
