When there's hardware problems, sometimes the solution can be quick over the phone, and other times, it requires the personal touch.  We don't believe you need to bring your computer to us.  We will come to you.

Business Hours Support

10AM - 6 PM


 ONSITE - New Customer Hourly Rate: $125

REMOTE - New Customer Hourly Rate: $90

Contract Discounts:

5-35% OFF - Customers that sign up for multiple recurring services get a discount on BOTH Onsite and Remote Support. Discounts are cumulative and max discounts stop at 35%* , except for personalized contracts.

After Hours Support - Emergency Response: 

Emergency Response is limited based on Technician availability and your location.
Any time outside of 10AM to 6pm is considered After Hours Support.
Emergency Response - Means you need us to drop everything and come fix something!

After Hours requests should be primarily done via Text Message or emailing support@nexusnv.com.  If there is a technician available, they will reach out to you within minutes. Our systems are designed to alert all available technicians as soon as a message is left, even if they are out in the field.

After Hours Rate: $175 / hour

Discounts available on 12 - 36 month Contracts.

Primary Coverage Area:  Reno/Sparks 

Special Request Locations:  Carson - Dayton - Virginia City - Fernley - Fallon - Winnemucca - Elko - and Any other Cities we missed in those sourrounding areas!


Requests for a Technician outside of Reno Sparks where our Technicians will need to be away from home for one or more days due to distance:

  • Mileage fee ($0.66 per mile) minus local coverage area of 30 miles. 
  • $200 per diem for Meals & Accommodations
  • Hourly Charge of 8 hours minimum per day.



Note:  Technicians are paid for their skills and training, not their time. Minimum Charge for Emergency after-hours support between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM is 3 hours ($525). Our goal is to get you up and running and reduce your potential losses.
